If you have chosen Drage as the place for your holiday, you made a good choice. Drage is unique because of its location on the one hand at a beautiful bay directly on the Croatian Adriatic Sea, on the other next to freshwater lake,full in fish, Lake Vrana . Off the shore, countless small islands are spread in the sea, the magic Kornat Islands , the most beautiful diving- and sailing-area in the Adriatic Sea

Drage is a quiet, peaceful place, far away from noise and business of big towns, but still offers the visitor every expected comfort: 70 m away - next to the bay - you find the very good restaurant " Palma ". 30 m further is the first possibility to take a bath in the sea. You go 300 m to reach the long beach which is tended by the camping-site ( www.oaza-mira.hr) (free entrance!). At a distance of 250 m you find a daily opened supermarket. It's 300 m to reach the bus stop at the coastal road, and Lake Vrana for fishing is 1100 m away from us.

If you come from the West ( Italy , Switzerland , France, Spain , etc.), it is best to drive through Italy over Trieste : from there you go on to Rijeka and along the romantic coastal road to Maslenica, where you can enter the motorway Zagreb-Split and can follow the above directions!

From Italy , there are also several regular ferry-connections over the Adriatic Sea to the harbors of Zadar and Split .
